Treatment with the help of the sound vibrations or sound therapy was known to mankind many years ago.
The use of objects that emit sounds of a certain frequency to heal illnesses has been used in various cultures since the ancient times.
The most popular treatment today is the one with the Tibetan forged bowls, which melodic sound, due to resonance, affects the organs and systems of a human.
Sound therapy or music, sound therapy is a direction of alternative medicine, the purpose of which is to improve the mental and physical condition of a person, to help in healing.
Is sound treatment possible?
The use and effectiveness of sound therapy varies depending on the patienthood and the body's response to sound vibration therapy.
Sound therapy is useful when you suffer from:

How does sound therapy with bowls work?
The sound massage with the Tibetan bowls or sound vibration therapy is based on the principle of vibration of sound and resonance. During the process I use the forged Tibetan and the Himalayan bowls that create harmonious vibrations that can have a relaxing and healing effect on the human body.
How does it work?
• The sound therapist selects the Tibetan singing bowls of a certain size and tone, which are capable to create a sound of the desired frequency. Usually I place the bowl on a flat surface or on the patient's body.
• Thanks to the sound therapy with bowls, the patient can experience a state of deep relaxation. Their anxiety and stress levels are reduced; physical tension is relieved, which can facilitate to recovery, lighten the mood and pain relief.
