How to prepare for a counselling?
1) Think about what you want to work on (your counselling request).
2) Find a comfortable, quiet place where you will not be disturbed for about 60 minutes.
3) If you are communicating via your phone, think about where and how it will be convenient for you to place it so that you can be seen and heard well.
4) Prepare your headphones, some water, a pen and a notebook if you need to take notes.
5) Make sure you have a reliable internet connection.
